Freelance software engineer and architect with 8+ years of experience in .NET (C#/F#), building data platforms and web applications for the energy, automotive and healthcare sectors. Passionate about functional programming, using F# in client projects and Nix/NixOS for infrastructure. Fluent in German, English and Spanish, based in Medellín and working 13:00–23:00 CET/CEST. Data integration platform for maintenance of wind parks

  • Synchronizes 3 data sources, including SAP, every 5 minutes (up to 10,000 records per cycle)
  • GraphQL API handling up to 500 queries/second with response times under 10 ms
  • Migrated from on-premises servers to Azure/Kubernetes, with zero-downtime deployments via ArgoCD

ERP system for battery cell development

  • New features and fixes for an ASP.NET + Vue.js ERP managing battery cell development and testing
  • Introduced dependency injection and unit tests into an untested legacy codebase
  • Mentored the team in TDD, mocking and IoC
Healthcare · 2018 – 2022

Microservice-based ingestion system for scanned medical records

  • Architecture of a pipeline for OCR, categorization, fingerprinting, encryption and long-term tape archiving
  • Processing around 18,000 pages per hour
